This was a great car buying experience because Eric Willeroy worked hard to help us be sure we'd picked the right car for us. He patiently endured repeated test drives, was well informed on the vehicles we were interested in, made sure we knew he was available to assist us but never was too pushy. He struck the right balance between attentiveness to our needs without pressuring us. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Eric Willeroy in particular.
I was very well pleased with the service at Glenn Nissan. I felt that the salesman was very friendly, fair and straight to the point. The salesman did not rush me and he was not pushy either. I felt that they offered alot of additional service that many other car dealerships do not. I will refer others to the same dealership in the future.
Tony was most helpful from the first contact through the last. He was patient and supportive over the several days it took me to make a decision; he was never pushy. I believe he worked with the administration in order to get the best financial deal he could. While I paid more than I intended to spend, I don't regret the decision because the new Juke makes it worthwhile. I have been a loyal Glenn Nissan customer for the past 7 years (with my Murano) and I plan to continue, thanks to Tony.
In 2010 I bought a Nissan Frontier from Jason at Glenn Nissan. Afterwords, my wife and I both said that it was the best car-buying experience we had ever had. This year, it was time to replace my wife's car so we contacted Jason and ended buying a Nissan Rogue. He made sure we got the vehicle we wanted at a great price. He is easy to talk to and he knows the products he is selling. He is an asset to Glenn Nissan and a truly nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Gabe is the easiest salesman I've ever dealt with. He doesn't pressure you to make a decision on what car to buy. He's relaxed and this relaxed me. Gabe is very knowledgable on the cars that he sells. This is very helpful. I enjoyed the time I spent buying the car and I believe that you will too.
From the word go, Tony approached me with enthusiasm and honesty even though I wasn't really dressed that fancy and probably didn't look like I could pay cash for a nice truck. He followed up my initial visit with a polite phone call. He convinced me to buy the truck over another truck at the Cadillac dealership because the Glenn truck had lower miles and we be more valuable when traded in down the road. Even after the sale I have called and he has always answered the phone, been polite and answered my questions. I would buy another vehicle from Tony, recommend him to friends, family, peers, and coworkers.
Also, upon my second visit, Tony had the car parked close by as if he felt confident we could reach a deal (there was some negotiation). He didn't bully me, he just did a nice job as a salesperson.
This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. I did my research, and everything at the dealership was on point. I have my car serviced many times at Glenn, and David W. has always been great. My father owns an Infinity which he purchased from Glenn and he is the toughest customer. Must be a pretty good place to buy a car. I thought about asking for his help, but I did this one on my own. I think I did pretty good!
I have worked with Mr. Tevis once before and was thrilled to work with him again - he is friendly, sincere and honest. Many people don't trust car salesmen, but Mr. Tevis is different. Yes he's there to make money, but he also is a good man that wants to do the right thing for his customers.
I gave a bit of a lower score on the price simply because the dealership didn't seem very willing to give me a fair price for my trade in - they did in the end, but I kind of had to push.
This car is the 5th car I've bought from the Glenn dealership and I'll go back for the 6th in a few years.

I found the vehicle that I liked on the lot, but prefered a gray interior rather than a black interior. The dealership located the desired vehicle and had it ready for me to pick up two days later. Tony and Rodney were
friendly, attentive, and did not pressure. The features and operation of the vehicle, in addition to "dealer extras" such as maintenance coupons and free loaner cars, were fully explained to me by Tony. All questions were answered. I am very satisfied with the vehicle and the customer service.
Quincy McDaniel was a great in helping me and my wife decide on a what vehicle to purchase at a price that we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling which made it easy to get answers to our questions. Before we left, Quincy made sure we were aware of all the dealer benefits available to people who purchase vehicles from them. I would highly recommend Glenn Nissan and Quincy to my friends and family.
I found the sales people to be friendly and helpful. I have had bad experiences with salesmen being condescending in the past (at another dealership) and I felt it was mostly due to the fact that I am female. I was never once talked down to during my buying experience. The business manager actually thanked me for my credit score and was not pushy with any of the options they were offering, such as an extending warranty. I would be likely to return to this dealership.
Although I had purchased a vehicle from Glenn Nissan before, this time I made my initial contact through the internet. James Anderson sent me an email and called me after my initial contact. I have to say that going this route makes the car buying experience much better than any of my previous car purchases. There were no games or gimmicks and no high pressure sales tactics. James was very pleasant to deal with and very friendly. He explained everything very clearly and immediately got down to the best price he could offer. I did shop around at some other dealers and James had the best deal available. When I went back to pick up my new vehicle, the paperwork was all ready to sign and it only took a few minutes to complete. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend Glenn Nissan if you are in the market to purchase a car. I would also recommend starting your search online and contacting the dealers through the internet instead of just dropping by.
